Order from us with confidence. We guarantee your complete satisfaction on any product sold (except for variations in color). If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you have 30 Days to return it for a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer. Note: Items must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition in original packaging with all original parts. Shipping charges are not refundable. On returned items you will be responsible for shipping both ways, unless there is a product defect.

Order Processing

Orders placed this site are completely secure. Once you've filled out our online order form and sent it off to us, the order is first confirmed and then securely transmitted to us. We check for product availability, enter your order, confirm your credit card, and send you another e-mail indicating that the order has been entered. Our goal is to have all orders entered no later than 24 hours after receiving them, but we'll often enter orders within hours of receiving them.

Product Availability

Most products on this site are in stock and available. We are unable to automatically deduct inventory when a product is purchased online which means it is possible that a product you order may actually be on back-order. In that event, we will notify you via e-mail or phone whichever you have indicated. Custom items are manufactured as ordered and will have estimated ship times listed along with the item.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with any purchase is 100% guaranteed (except for variations in color). If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for replacement or full refund. Custom items and shipping charges are non refundable. Items being returned must be in new unused condition in original boxes. Please refer to our return policy page for more details.
